Guest Relations Executive

The GRE is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience from the moment the guest arrives until their departure.

Guest Greeting: Welcome every guest warmly with a polite, confident, and professional greeting. Create a positive first impression and make guests feel valued.

Seating & Comfort: Assist guests with comfortable seating and ensure the table is clean, properly arranged, and ready before seating.

Guest Assistance: Understand guest requirements, assist with basic queries, and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining.

Food & Service Feedback: After the meal, politely check with guests regarding their food, service, and overall dining experience. Record and communicate relevant feedback to the concerned team.

Guest Experience: Remain attentive throughout the guest's visit and proactively address concerns or requests to ensure a pleasant experience.

Birthday & Celebration Details: Maintain accurate records of guest birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, preferences, and other relevant occasions for future engagement.

Guest Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests by remembering their preferences and providing personalized service.

Guest Records: Maintain updated guest information and feedback records while ensuring details are accurately documented and handled professionally.

Complaint Handling: Listen to guest concerns patiently, resolve issues within the assigned authority, and escalate matters to the manager when required.

Guest Follow-up: Coordinate with the team for appropriate follow-up with regular or important guests and ensure a consistent guest experience.

Restaurant Presentation: Ensure the entrance, waiting area, and guest-facing areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
