HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up on interview feedback.
• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support daily HR administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good coordination and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation.

Preferred Candidate

• ProfileCandidates with experience in recruitment, consultancy, or HR operations will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Candidates should be organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
