We’re Hiring: HR ExecutiveThe Artistbuilding Academy & The Artistbuilding Studio | Bhopal
We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage all HR operations across our academy and VFX studio.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leaves, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee queries, workplace issues, and HR policies.
- Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing and performance.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Good communication, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in a small company, creative studio, or education institute is a plus.
Location: Bhopal, on-site
We need someone who can independently handle the complete HR function for a growing team.
