पद: कुक / शेफ (पैटीज़ मसाला एवं स्टाफ खाना)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Job Responsibilities):
- पैटीज़ / पफ मसाला और स्टफिंग तैयारी:
- बेकरी पैटीज़ (Puff Pastry) के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की सूखी भरावन (Stuffing) तैयार करना—जैसे आलू मटर, पालक पनीर, ड्राई चिली पनीर आदि।
- स्टफिंग बनाते समय सही मसाले और नमी (Moisture control) का ध्यान रखना ताकि पैटीज़ बेक होते समय सोगी (गीली) न हों और क्रिस्पी बनें।
- रेसिपी और स्वाद में निरंतरता (Consistency) बनाए रखना।
- स्टाफ का खाना (Staff Meal):
- फैक्ट्री स्टाफ और टीम के लिए रोजाना शुद्ध, स्वादिष्ट और समय पर दोपहर/शाम का भोजन (दाल, चावल, रोटी, सब्जी आदि) तैयार करना।
- स्वच्छता एवं रख-रखाव (Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance):
- किचन और कुकिंग एरिया को पूरी तरह साफ, स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
- कच्चे माल (सब्जियां, मसाले, तेल आदि) का सही तरीके से रख-रखाव करना और वेस्टेज (Wastage) कम से कम रखना।
योग्यता एवं आवश्यक कौशल (Requirements & Skills):
- हलवाई या इंडियन कुकिंग में 1 से 3 साल का अनुभव (बेकरी स्नैक्स/समोसा/पैटीज़ स्टफिंग का अनुभव रखने वाले को प्राथमिकता)।
- उत्तर भारतीय भोजन (North Indian) और बेसिक ड्राई इंडो-चाइनीज (ड्राई चिली पनीर आदि) बनाने की अच्छी समझ।
- बड़ी मात्रा (Bulk cooking) में खाना और मसाला बनाने में सक्षम।
- समय का पाबंद, मेहनती और स्वच्छता के नियमों का पालन करने वाला।
