Job Description:

Abhivriti Fingrow Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Loan Officer to promote and facilitate business loan applications for local shopkeepers and small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for business loans from local shops and small businesses.
• Visit markets and meet prospective customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms.
• Collect and verify customer KYC and business documents.
• Assist customers with app registration and online loan applications.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Graduate preferred.
• Experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, loan sales, or field sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
