Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes, ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize production efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, monitor, and improve manufacturing and production processes.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations.
• Monitor production targets, output, machine performance, and downtime.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
• Reduce production wastage, breakdowns, and operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and process documentation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring production problems.
• Support preventive maintenance and machine improvement activities.
• Assist in implementing new processes, machinery, and production techniques.
• Ensure proper SOPs and work instructions are followed on the shop floor.
