Job Description
Job Title: Personal Assistant cum Model Coordinator
Location: MP Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract
Reports to: Director/Founder
Role Summary:
To support the Director/Founder with daily scheduling, travel, communication and coordination, and to assist with professional modeling/portfolio shoots, social media content and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage calendar, meetings, calls and reminders
· Coordinate travel, hotel, tickets and local arrangements
· Draft emails/messages and follow up
· Coordinate with clients/partners
· Schedule portfolio/headshot shoots
· On shoot days: coordinate location, photographer, outfits and consent forms
· Support social media content calendar
· Maintain records and confidentiality
· Any other lawful and consensual task within the role scope
Requirements:
· Good communication in Hindi/English
· Basic computer/MS Office/social media skills
· Presentable, punctual and disciplined
· Willingness to travel
· Prior PA/coordinator/modeling experience preferred, not mandatory
· Professional conduct and confidentiality
