Job Title: Supply & Procurement Manager

Location: Bhopal

Role Overview: We are looking for a Supply & Procurement Manager who can take responsibility for timely procurement and availability of materials required for solar projects. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, installation teams and customers to ensure that projects are not delayed due to material or documentation-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various suppliers to procure solar panels, inverters, structures, electrical components and other project requirements as per the company's requirements.
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the installation team and ensure that all required materials are available at the site before and during installation.
• Maintain a clear understanding of upcoming projects and plan procurement accordingly to avoid shortages or unnecessary delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers in case of delays, shortages, quality issues or changes in requirements and resolve them promptly.
• Manage required activities on the PM Surya Ghar portal for customers and vendors, including registration, documentation, submission and follow-up of applications and project-related processes.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, material movement, supplier details and project-wise requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, online portals and basic office applications.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and installation teams simultaneously.
• Good organisational skills and ability to track multiple projects at different stages.
• Ability to take responsibility for tasks and ensure their completion without continuous supervision.

Experience & Qualification

Graduate preferred. Candidates with experience in procurement, supply coordination, solar industry, project coordination or similar roles will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable with regular phone calls, WhatsApp communication, Excel/Google Sheets and online portals.

भूमिकाहम: एक ऐसे Supply & Procurement Manager की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो सोलर प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री की समय पर खरीद एवं उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कर सके। इस भूमिका में सप्लायर्स, इंस्टॉलेशन टीम और ग्राहकों के साथ समन्वय करना होगा, ताकि सामग्री या डॉक्यूमेंटेशन के कारण प्रोजेक्ट में देरी न हो।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• कंपनी की आवश्यकता के अनुसार सोलर पैनल, इन्वर्टर, स्ट्रक्चर, इलेक्ट्रिकल सामग्री एवं अन्य जरूरी सामान के लिए विभिन्न सप्लायर्स से समन्वय करना।
• दिए गए ऑर्डर को ट्रैक करना और सप्लायर्स से नियमित फॉलो-अप करके सामग्री की समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना।
• इंस्टॉलेशन टीम के साथ समन्वय करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना कि इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए आवश्यक सभी सामग्री समय पर साइट पर उपलब्ध हो।
• आने वाले प्रोजेक्ट्स की जानकारी रखते हुए सामग्री की आवश्यकता की पहले से योजना बनाना, ताकि प्रोजेक्ट में अनावश्यक देरी न हो।
• सप्लाई में देरी, सामग्री की कमी, क्वालिटी संबंधी समस्या या आवश्यकता में बदलाव होने पर सप्लायर्स से समन्वय कर समस्या का समाधान करना।
• ग्राहकों एवं वेंडर से संबंधित PM Surya Ghar Portal का कार्य संभालना, जिसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन, डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, एप्लीकेशन सबमिशन एवं आवश्यक फॉलो-अप शामिल हैं।
• खरीद, सप्लायर की जानकारी, सामग्री की आवाजाही एवं प्रोजेक्ट के अनुसार सामग्री की आवश्यकता का उचित रिकॉर्ड रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ एवं कौशल

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और फॉलो-अप स्किल्स।
• कंप्यूटर, ऑनलाइन पोर्टल एवं सामान्य ऑफिस एप्लीकेशन्स पर काम करने में सहज होना।
• एक साथ कई सप्लायर्स और इंस्टॉलेशन टीमों के साथ समन्वय करने की क्षमता।
• अलग-अलग चरणों में चल रहे कई प्रोजेक्ट्स को व्यवस्थित तरीके से ट्रैक करने की क्षमता।
• बार-बार निर्देश दिए बिना जिम्मेदारी लेकर कार्य को पूरा करने की क्षमता।

अनुभव एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यता

ग्रेजुएट उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। Procurement, Supply Coordination, Solar Industry या Project Coordination में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

उम्मीदवार को नियमित फोन कॉल, WhatsApp Communication, Excel/Google Sheets एवं Online Portals पर काम करने में सहज होना चाहिए।
