Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhopal. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and respond to inquiries through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, preparing and explaining pricing, offers, and payment plans, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining relationships with channel partners, gathering market and competitor insights, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets. Daily reporting, CRM updates, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards are key aspects of this position.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with experience (minimum 1 year) in real estate or related sectors preferred.
- Customer relationship management abilities, including follow-up, consultation, and after-sales support.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory basics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and manage weekend or extended hours when required.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional conduct, and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
