Job Description
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead & Customer Support: Handle customer enquiries and provide initial information.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate between customers, sales executives, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Quotation Support: Prepare quotations, proposals, packages, and pricing details.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with customers on pending quotations, payments, documents, and confirmations.
- CRM Management: Update customer details, leads, follow-up status, and sales records.
- Documentation: Maintain booking forms, invoices, vouchers, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other vendors for availability and rates.
- Payment Coordination: Remind customers about pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, enquiry reports, conversion reports, and pending follow-up lists.
- Customer Service: Assist customers before and after booking and resolve basic queries.
- Team Support: Ensure the sales team has accurate information, documents, and updates required to close sales.
