Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidates)Job Summary:
We are looking for confident and well-spoken female Telecallers to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves contacting customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
- Generate leads and support the sales/collection process.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure polite, ethical, and professional communication at all times.
- Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates only.
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle calls confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
