Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidates)Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and well-spoken female Telecallers to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves contacting customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
• Generate leads and support the sales/collection process.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure polite, ethical, and professional communication at all times.
• Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates only.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle calls confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
