💼 Job RoleMuscles Velocity Gym में हमें एक energetic, confident और sales-focused Tele-Sales Executive की जरूरत है, जो customers से phone और WhatsApp के माध्यम से connect करके gym memberships, renewals और revenue generation में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाए।

इस role में आपका मुख्य focus सिर्फ calling करना नहीं, बल्कि lead को customer में convert करना, walk-ins generate करना, follow-ups करना और sales close करना होगा।

• 🎯 आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारियांGym द्वारा दिए गए new leads और old customer databases पर calling करना।
• WhatsApp enquiries और online enquiries का timely follow-up करना।
• जरूरत के अनुसार cold calling करके नए prospects generate करना।
• Customers को membership plans, pricing, offers, facilities और benefits के बारे में समझाना।
• Interested prospects को gym visit और walk-in के लिए convert करना।
• Scheduled walk-ins का follow-up करके उन्हें paid membership में convert करना।
• Interested लेकिन undecided customers का regular और effective follow-up करना।
• Existing customers से contact करके membership renewal और reactivation करवाना।
• Calls और WhatsApp के जरिए customers के साथ अच्छा relationship maintain करना।
• CRM में हर lead की calling, follow-up, status और conversion properly update करना।
• Excel और CRM में daily sales data maintain करना।
• Sales और collection बढ़ाने के लिए gym team के साथ coordinate करना।
• हर assigned lead पर proper follow-up करके maximum possible conversion निकालना।
• Daily calling, follow-up, walk-ins और sales की reporting करना।
• Customer की requirement समझकर उसे सही membership plan recommend करना।

⏰ Working HoursOption 1 – Straight Shift🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Option 2 – Split Shift🌅 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🌆 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: महीने में 4 rotational offs.

• ✅ कौन Apply कर सकता है?Minimum 12th Pass होना चाहिए।
• Freshers भी Apply कर सकते हैं।
• Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support / Sales experience एक advantage रहेगा।
• Hindi में अच्छी communication और basic-to-good English communication होनी चाहिए।
• Phone पर confidently और politely customers से बात कर सकें।
• Customer को समझाने और convince करने की ability हो।
• Sales और performance-based earning को लेकर positive attitude हो।
• CRM, Excel, WhatsApp और calling software की basic knowledge हो।
• Gym/fitness की knowledge advantage है, लेकिन mandatory नहीं है।
• Bhopal में on-site काम करने के लिए comfortable होना चाहिए।
