Job Description: Solar Telecalling Executive

Industry: Solar EPC – Residential Rooftop Solar

Experience: Prior experience in the solar industry is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries for residential rooftop solar installations.
  • Explain basic solar benefits, installation processes, pricing, and applicable government subsidies.
  • Generate and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site surveys.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
  • Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and daily calling reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into installation opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Mandatory experience in the solar industry, preferably rooftop solar sales or telecalling.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of solar products, installation processes, and subsidy schemes.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, as and when deemed fit.
