Job Description
Telecom Sales professional acts as the bridge between complex communication technology and a customer's specific needs. Whether working in Retail (B2C) or Enterprise (B2B), the core goal is to sell connectivity solutions like Internet Lease Line(ILL), High Speed Internet, Networking Solutions, Network Security Firewalls, Wifi Solutions, CCTV servellence Solutions anf All Network releted services.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Hunting for new business through cold calling, networking, or following up on marketing leads.
- Needs Analysis: Consulting with clients to understand their data, voice, and networking pain points.
- Solution Design: Pitching tailored bundles (e.g., combining internet, ILL.BB and security features) that fit the client's budget.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a "pipeline" of accounts to ensure contract renewals and upsell new technology as it launches.
- Quota Achievement: Meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets for new activations or revenue growth.
