Job Summary

Aurumedge Capital is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to generate and convert loan leads.

The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead generation, field visits, customer meetings, loan product explanation, document collection, application follow-up and coordination with banks/NBFCs until disbursement.

This is a target-based sales role with attractive performance incentives.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, references, digital marketing and field activities.
• Identify customers looking for Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan and other financial products.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.

Telecalling & Customer Conversion

• Make daily outbound calls.
• Understand customer financial requirements.
• Explain suitable loan products.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings.
• Follow up consistently until conversion.

Field Sales

• Visit customers when required.
• Meet business owners, property owners, salaried professionals and other potential borrowers.
• Develop relationships with property dealers, builders, CAs, business consultants and referral partners.
• Generate business through local networking.

Loan Processing Support

• Collect required customer documents.
• Check basic document completeness.
• Coordinate with the processing team.
• Follow up for pending documents.
• Track loan applications from login to disbursement.

Bank/NBFC Coordination

• Coordinate with lending partner Relationship Managers.
• Follow up regarding application status, credit assessment, sanction and disbursement.
• Keep customers updated throughout the process.

CRM & Reporting

• Update every lead in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate follow-up dates and lead status.
• Submit daily sales/activity reports.
• Ensure no genuine lead is missed.

Daily Activity Expectations

The candidate will be expected to:

• Make approximately 50–80 calls/day
• Generate new prospects every day
• Conduct follow-ups
• Schedule customer meetings
• Conduct field visits where required
• Generate referral leads
• Update CRM regularly
• Follow up on pending documents
• Track active loan applications
• Work toward monthly disbursement targets

Actual activity targets may vary based on lead availability and business requirements.
