Accounts and Admin Executive

KRA of Accounts Cum Marketing Executive

1. Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and bookkeeping entries, Assist in invoice preparation, payment tracking, and expense monitoring
2. Tally Prime Management- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers in Tally Prime,
3. MIS & Excel Reporting- Prepare and maintain data sheets, expense trackers, and event cost reports in MS Excel, Organize and update client, vendor, and payment database
4. Documentation & Record Management- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of financial and administrative documents, Support preparation of tender and compliance-related documentation
5. Presentation Support- Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and company profiles, Assist in compiling event reports, project summaries, and business presentations
6. Admin and Payroll support
