We are looking for a responsible, professional and experienced Spa Manager to manage daily spa operations.


Job Responsibilities:


* Manage daily spa operations.

* Handle customer enquiries and bookings.

* Manage staff attendance and duty schedules.

* Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

* Handle reception and billing.

* Maintain cleanliness and discipline.

* Support business promotion and customer relationships.


Requirements:


* Good communication skills.

* Management and customer-handling ability.

* Previous spa, salon, hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

* Honest, responsible and professional attitude.
