Role Overview-

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring clients, building relationships, and generating revenue for the company across all service verticals, including brand content creation, wedding photography, and event production.

The role requires proactive lead generation, client engagement, field work, and disciplined follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed business.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including businesses, individuals, event organisers, and venue partners.
  • Generate new leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective sales communication.
  • Handle both company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
  • Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects until deal closure.
  • Ensure no qualified lead remains unattended.
  • Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices, event venues, wedding planners, and potential clients.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.
  • Build strong local market presence and relationships.
  • Interact with clients to understand project scope, event details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Recommend suitable services from PIXZL, PIXZLWED, or PIXZLEVENTS offerings.
  • Prepare and present quotations as per approved pricing structures.
  • Clearly communicate deliverables, timelines, and service scope to clients.
  • Handle client negotiations professionally while protecting company margins.
  • Ensure timely conversion of opportunities into confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure advance payment collection as per company policy before project confirmation.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation and payment tracking.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide professional support until project handover to the operations team.
  • Internal Coordination Share clear project briefs with operations, production, and event teams after deal confirmation.
  • Ensure commitments made during sales discussions are accurately communicated internally.
  • Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, calls, and conversions.
  • Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Take full accountability for sales performance and business contribution.
  • Represent PIXZL, PIXZLWED, and PIXZLEVENTS professionally in all interactions.
  • Maintain ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity in client dealings.

Skills Required
