🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Handle customer queries, billing issues & service complaints.
✅ Sell Prepaid/Postpaid SIMs, Airtel Black, Xstream Fiber, DTH & plan upgrades.
✅ Promote Airtel Thanks App and digital services.
✅ Manage daily store operations, inventory & compliance.
✅ Build customer relationships and improve customer retention.
🔹 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Required (MBA Preferred)
🗣️ Skills: Good Communication, Active Listening, Basic Digital Literacy & Multitasking
🎂 Age Limit: 18–32 Years (Below 30 Preferred for Retail)
