Job Description
Job Title: Computer Hardware Engineer
Company: Spectrum Technology
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and all-in-one PCs.
- Install, upgrade, and configure hardware, SSDs, RAM, and operating systems.
- Replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, and charging ports.
- Test devices before delivery and maintain repair quality standards.
- Keep service records updated and ensure timely job completion.
- Provide technical support and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience in laptop/desktop repair (card-level knowledge preferred).
- knowledge of Windows, networking, and software installation.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
