Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Support Executive who enjoys solving customer problems and can provide timely, professional support to our clients. Since Retrod works with technology solutions used by hotels and hospitality businesses, the role requires patience, good communication and the ability to understand and troubleshoot customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp and other support channels.
● Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
● Troubleshoot basic software and technical issues.
● Guide customers on the use of Retrod products.
● Coordinate with the technical/product team when an issue requires further assistance.
● Follow up on unresolved issues until they are properly addressed.
● Maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions.
● Ensure customers receive timely responses.
● Assist with product onboarding and basic training when required.
● Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
● Maintain a professional and helpful relationship with customers.
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, software support or a similar role.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
