Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle B2B and enterprise sales, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, handling objections, coordinating projects, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage B2B, SMB, and enterprise sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Handle client objections and resolve queries effectively.

Follow up with leads and drive the sales process toward closure.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project-related requirements.

Support project administration and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Coordinate with site engineering teams when required.

Maintain client records, sales updates, and regular reports.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Age: 21–35 years

Gender: Female

Education: Graduate

English: Intermediate English

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Details

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: ₹5,000
