Field Sales Executive

Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers in assigned areas to sell Xstream Fiber broadband connections.

Field Sales: Perform door-to-door marketing and direct sales visits to residential or commercial locations.

Lead Management: Generate, follow up, and close leads on the ground.

Document Collection: Ensure timely collection of customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) for verification and service installation.

Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility by engaging directly with residents and promoting special offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

AGE- 18-32 YREARS

Experience: 1–5 years of experience (freshers are often welcomed).

Mandatory Requirements: A bike/scooter and a valid driving license.

Skills: Good communication skills in the local language, ability to work on field sales, and customer management skills. 

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: Approximately ₹16,500 – ₹20,500 (take-home) depending on location and Additional Earn Incentive Upto Avervage ₹50,000/ Month .

Incentives: Performance-based incentives for every sale closed.
