Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Call and screen candidates for job openings.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment and rider onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Prepare daily recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with the team to achieve hiring targets.

  • Good Hindi communication skills.
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
  • Good calling and coordination skills.
