Job Description

  • ource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and release offer letters and assist with onboarding.
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Work with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  • Support other HR activities when required.
