Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business, manage high-value property buyers, and drive monthly bookings. The candidate will be responsible for sales planning, team management, lead conversion, client relationships, site visits, negotiations and closing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team.
• Set and achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Handle leads for Flats, Villas, Plots, Pent Houses and Commercial Properties.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert qualified leads into site visits.
• Manage high-value property clients, particularly premium/luxury buyers.
• Conduct and supervise property/site visits.
• Understand client requirements, budget, location preference and purchase timeline.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners and internal teams for inventory and pricing.
• Negotiate with clients and developers to facilitate successful closures.
• Maintain proper lead, follow-up and booking records in CRM.
• Track individual team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Train sales executives on calling, follow-up, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Develop strategies to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion.
• Ensure timely follow-up with hot and high-priority prospects.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination until booking/closing.
