Job Description
:-Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
:-Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
:-Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
:-Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
:-Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and company policies to candidates.
:-Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
:-Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
