Restaurant Captain – Job DescriptionExperience: Minimum 2 Years

  • Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service staff.
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

  • Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
  • Assist in billing, POS operations, and upselling.
  • Train and guide junior service staff.
