Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations and provide accurate product information to customers.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Coordinate orders, payments, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Maintain updated customer and sales records.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely order processing.
- Track pending orders, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
