Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for multiple salon branches.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots and content creation at salon branches.
- Manage social media calendars, offers, and festive campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs and generate leads.
- Track performance, reach, engagement and monthly growth.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all branches.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, trends, content creation and editing.
- Creative, organised and capable of managing multiple locations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred: Candidates with a portfolio of previously managed social media accounts.
