Job Description
📋 Job Responsibilities
🔹 Manage the purchase, stock, and availability of spare parts.
🔹 Identify and issue the correct spare parts as per vehicle requirements.
🔹 Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. 📦
🔹 Coordinate with service, workshop, purchase, and suppliers. 🤝
🔹 Prepare quotations, invoices, and spare-parts orders. 🧾
🔹 Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required. 📊
🔹 Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of spare parts.
🔹 Track incoming and outgoing parts and update inventory systems. 💻
🔹 Handle customer queries related to spare-parts availability and pricing. ☎️
🔹 Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete parts.
