Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical proficient in BI Publisher and HCM Data Loader for designing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM reporting and data integration solutions
Job Description
Design develop and maintain BI Publisher reports within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment Create and customize pixelperfect report templates using BI Publisher RTF and XML Develop and optimize HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas to support payroll benefits and thirdparty integrations Perform data loads mass updates and conversions using HCM Data Loader HDL Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices security standards and rolebased access controls in report development and data loading Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications data load processes and deployment guides Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM technical updates and BI Publisher features to continuously improve reporting and integration capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of BI Publisher reports and HCM Extracts across Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Execute data migration mass data updates and data integration activities using HDL tools ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Troubleshoot test and resolve issues related to BI Publisher reports HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and data loading processes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including functional consultants technical teams and business users to deliver robust solutions
Support system testing phases such as unit testing system integration testing SIT and user acceptance testing UAT
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical support to offshore and onsite teams
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM BI Publisher and HDL usage
Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud applications
