Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and innovation. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate architectural components seamlessly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
- Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks.
- Experience in defining scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architecture designs.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and technology stacks relevant to enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
