- Preferred Experience2–3+ years in Retail/Supermarket Store Operations
- Supermarket/Grocery experience preferred
- Candidates from Apparel, Fashion, QSR, Lifestyle & other retail sectors with strong operations and team-management experience may also apply
- Basic educational qualification considered
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations, shifts and team deployment
- Drive sales, customer service and store KPIs
- Manage inventory, merchandising, billing and shrinkage control
- Ensure store hygiene, safety, compliance and SOP adherence
- Handle customer escalations and team performance
- Manage independent shifts and basic reporting
