Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the company system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
