Job Description

  • 1. Business Development & Group SalesTargeted Outreach: Identify and convert high-volume leads, including schools, summer camps, religious organizations, and large corporations.
  • Event Planning: Customize "Buy-Out" packages where companies can rent the entire park or specific zones for private functions.
  • Consignment Programs: Manage ticket consignment deals with local hotels, travel agencies, and HR departments of major local employers.
  • 2. Revenue & StrategyDynamic Pricing: Collaborate with the finance team to implement seasonal pricing and "early bird" group discounts.
  • Forecasting: Track weekly and monthly sales targets, adjusting strategies based on weather patterns and local event calendars.
  • Sponsorships: Secure brand partnerships for park zones, slides, or seasonal events (e.g., "The [Brand Name] Summer Concert Series").
  • 3. Relationship ManagementClient Experience: Act as the primary point of contact from the initial inquiry to the day of the event, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Retention: Maintain a CRM database to ensure high re-booking rates for annual school picnics and corporate outings.
