Job Description

Customer Service Executive – Punjabi Process | Work From Home


• 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Relationship Management.

• Handle member calls and resolve matchmaking-related doubts and queries.

• Assist members with matchmaking services and provide timely support.

• Manage member follow-ups, retention, and membership renewals.

• Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.


Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass.

• Punjabi is mandatory.

• Prior Work From Home experience is required.

• Strong Wi-Fi/internet connection and a suitable WFH setup are mandatory.

• Candidates from a Punjabi background preferred for better understanding of language and culture.

• Customer service / telecalling experience preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
