Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Research target audience, competitors, and market trends before launching campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with designers, content, and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and audience segments to maximize performance.
• Support AI-driven marketing and optimization initiatives, using tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve research, campaign planning, content, analysis, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Have a working understanding of SMO (Social Media Optimization) and assist in improving social media reach, engagement, and visibility.
• Support marketing activities through CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and other software solutions to improve lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversions.

Job Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Basic research and analytical skills.
• Proven history of generating qualified leads and improving campaign ROI.
• Self-driven, data-oriented, and results-focused.

Preferred :

• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets.
• Industry-specific experience.
• Google Ads or Meta certifications.
• Basic ad copywriting and creative strategy knowledge.
