HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Executive / Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive / Recruiter to manage day-to-day recruitment and help us build a strong team for our IT & Software Development company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and shortlist candidates for various roles including Developers, Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists, Video Editors, and other IT/business roles.
• Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and shortlist the best candidates for the final interview.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure positions are filled within the required timeline.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels to find suitable candidates.
• Maintain basic candidate records and recruitment updates.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment/HR preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate screening and evaluation abilities.
• Ability to understand different job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Good LinkedIn network and connections across job portals/recruitment platforms to source quality candidates.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Work From Home role with the flexibility to come to the office when required.
