Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.

- Explain company services and offers clearly to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Convert leads into appointments or sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Coordinate with the counseling/sales team for further client follow-up.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi and English communication required; Punjabi will be an advantage.

- Confident and friendly personality.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work with targets.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
