Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Visa Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding study, work, tourist, and other visa options, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding suitable visa options and immigration pathways.

- Understand clients’ educational, professional, financial, and travel backgrounds.

- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and timelines.

- Handle client queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.

- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documentation.

- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and applications.

- Maintain accurate client records and application status.

- Coordinate with internal processing teams and relevant partners.

- Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

- Achieve assigned counseling and conversion targets.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Previous experience in visa counseling, immigration, education consultancy, or sales will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
