Account Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Female Accountant with a commerce background to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command of Microsoft Excel and expertise in managing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis, data organization, and reporting.

Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely submission of all financial documentation.

Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.

Manage correspondence, organize meetings, and handle other office tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team.
