Job Description
Job Title: Food Cost & Inventory Executive
Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
* Monitor and control food cost at outlet level.
* Manage outlet inventory, stock records and reconciliation.
* Track food consumption, wastage and stock variance.
* Monitor purchases, stock movement and usage.
* Prepare and analyse food cost and inventory reports.
* Identify cost leakages, discrepancies and inventory variances.
* Coordinate with outlet and kitchen teams for effective cost and inventory control.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in restaurant/F&B industry.
* Strong knowledge of food cost and inventory management.
* Good understanding of basic accounting.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel/MIS.
* Candidates with restaurant, café, QSR or hotel experience preferred.
