About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates for various recruitment requirements across IT and non-IT roles.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will work closely with our recruitment team and clients to identify suitable candidates and move them through the hiring process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and other requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Recruit Software/ ATS.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview status.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and status updates for all candidates.
• What We Are Looking ForGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to use job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Willingness to learn ATS/recruitment technology such as Zoho Recruit.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
