Job Description

Control food cost, wastage, portioning, and product yield.

Ensure proper storage, temperature control, FIFO, and handling of food products.

Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.

Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.

Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, store performance, and operational expenses.

Prepare and maintain daily reports related to sales, production, inventory, wastage, and staff performance.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and performance.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the bakery/store.

Drive sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and effective team management.
