We are Hiring:

As a Team Leader, who was responsible for leading and managing the immigration counseling and case processing team while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managed and supervised a team of tele counselors and case processing executives.
  • Monitored daily team performance and ensured achievement of individual and organizational targets.
  • Guided clients through immigration pathways, eligibility assessments, and documentation requirements.
  • Trained, mentored, and motivated team members to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Resolved complex client queries and handled escalated cases with professionalism.
  • Coordinated with management to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepared performance reports, tracked KPIs, and conducted regular team meetings.
