📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer calls and understand customer requirements.
• Explain immigration-related services and provide basic information to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Support the immigration counselling team with lead coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer and call-related records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Work towards assigned calling and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of telecalling experience.
• Candidates should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, voice process, or immigration counselling will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• A professional and target-oriented approach is expected.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, as per skill and experience
• Incentive: ₹5,000+ as per performance
