Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make phone calls to potential or existing clients using approved scripts to promote products.
  • Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
  • Lead Generation: Ask questions to qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the sales team.
  • Data Management: Record accurate call outcomes, notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, talk time, and conversions.
  • Customer Support: Address complaints and guide clients with a professional attitude. [1]
