Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make phone calls to potential or existing clients using approved scripts to promote products.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
- Lead Generation: Ask questions to qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the sales team.
- Data Management: Record accurate call outcomes, notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, talk time, and conversions.
