Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, promoting the company's products or services, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and Part time { 9.30 to 5.30}.
