Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone to confirm purchase orders.
  • Verify customer details, product information, and delivery requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries related to orders and purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Follow company communication standards and customer service protocols.
  • Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
  • Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling,counseling or order processing is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
  • Weekly Off: 1 Day
